In a development of this scale, there are two distinct jobs to be done - provision of housing in conjunction with provision of the infrastructure to support this housing. When we use the term 'infrastructure', we mean everything from roads, public transport, sewerage and water supply to schools and parklands.

Chartridge Developments Ltd. is a joint venture company between the primary developers at Adamstown, namely Castlethorn Construction, Maplewood Development and Tierra Ltd. Chartridge Developments Ltd. is charged with coordinating the delivery of the necessary social and physical infrastructure in conjunction with South County Dublin County Council and the relevant Government departments and statutory transportation and infrastructure providers.
