Adamstown is Ireland's newest and most exciting town, offering a revolutionary new blueprint for development of areas which are of social importance to the State.

These areas are known as Strategic Development Zones, or SDZ's for short. They are governed by a mandate which ensures that comprehensive and pre-specified social and physical infrastructure and amenities must be delivered in tandem with housing.
